We are confident that we have been able to help in many situations over the past year! In addition to trading in refurbished and new industrial electronic devices, we are receiving more and more repairs (electronics and electric motors), which we have been able to handle well.
We also started dealing with parts trade: bearings, engine parts, push button panels, and foils are also available separately from us.
In 2024, on-site maintenance and troubleshooting started, there is a huge demand for this in the country and the region! I work with great professionals who set an example in many ways! We visited a Biogas plant, a CNC plant for troubleshooting, we are making a packaging machine operational again and we visited a printing house this week in Southern Europe, where the UV lamp drying system failed.
The very first sale of iesales was to Italy, but in 2024 it is clear that we can deliver and serve both regionally and internationally. Half or more of the inquiries come from abroad. We can also provide solutions to companies across the border, we have free capacity in the region.
In the webshop ( www.iesales.hu ) - which is still rudimentary in some respects - our customers order without prior email, which is very honorable! This is serious trust!
We also met great customers in the Middle East, we worked with them several times. They are dedicated, professional professionals. In 2024 we also had our first Dutch customer, he bought from us. A repair service was almost set up in this country.
We are really looking forward to 2025, we will be starting interesting, new things: spindle trade/repair.
This means that if your spindle fails, we can send you a replacement within 1-4 days, depending on the urgency, if a specialist is needed for installation. We will either repair your faulty module for you as a spare or credit it against the purchase price.
We are also preparing an ultra-fast and economical surprise for breweries and bottling plants!
