Refund Policy

If you have a verifiable problem with the product, you can return it within 30 days. This period is calculated from the date you receive the product.

A product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, not worn, unused, with tags and warranty cards not removed, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.

If we find your refund request valid, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will not accept returns of any product that you have not requested in advance.

Damage and other problems with the product
Upon receipt, please inspect the shipment and contact us immediately if the product arrived defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can investigate the case and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions/non-returnable products
There are a few products on the site that we sell without warranty or as 'components only', a defective device. These cannot be guaranteed.

14-day grace period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, for products delivered to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving any reason or to return the ordered product. In this case, the above conditions also apply: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not be worn, used, the labels must not be removed, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and whether your refund request has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 20 business days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and credit it back to your account. 
If this does not happen within 20 days of your refund request being accepted, please let us know at this email address: sales@iesales.com.

The iesales.hu sells refurbished and new industrial electronics and servo motors-conventional electric motors.

Where there is a clear indication of the warranty period in the offer - usually 0.5-2 years - we will enforce them without a word.
An exception is made for after-sales cases where there is clear evidence of a defect resulting from improper connection or operation.
Example: the base/i/o card of a repaired Haas CNC is broken by the dear customer due to improper wiring and verifiable personal error, this case is not covered by warranty.
We cannot handle fried engines under warranty either.

Important:
The wiring of industrial electronics and servo motors is often complex, complicated, and serious.  This is a task that requires expertise. It cannot be entrusted to just anyone!
We ask our esteemed customers to always seek the help of an electrician when installing repaired devices! This will prevent many later problems and disagreements.
