Repair services (industrial electronics, servo motor, spindle)

Repair services for industrial electronics:
- we perform fixed-price repairs, which means that you will find a fixed repair price for almost all devices listed in the webshop ( here) an example), which allows you to plan ahead, and you can order the repair at that price. There will be nothing more, nothing less.
You get a 2-year general warranty on most repairs, and in some cases 1 year (when a module cannot be fully tested).
Your device will undergo a complete overhaul: washing, replacement of time-sensitive components, function test, load test - in most cases.

- exchange purchase: an exchange purchase is actually a sale, but due to its price (5-10% above the repair price), it often falls into the repair category. If we have a part of a device in stock, we can replace it in most cases. In this case, you provide the article number by phone or email and the replacement part will be sent to you. You install the module that was sent and return your defective one to us within 10-12 days. The module must be repairable, only then will the sales price be credited.
Buying a replacement is the fastest and most economical solution for you. At a price of +5-10% above the repair price, you will receive a replacement part with a 1-2 year warranty, which will get your machine running within 1-2 days.

- testing: you can also send your electronics just for testing, we have calculated separate prices for these. For these Simodrive 611, 610 modules, you will find a test price in most places. The test is available quickly, the test price is a separate item, a separate invoice is made for this.

Delivery times for electronics repairs:
a.) standard repair time, when you have already installed your spare part from the warehouse and there is time for the repair: we now repair industrial electronics with a delivery time of ~2 weeks - in this standard option. A courier or I will bring your faulty device, I can fix these myself up to 1000kg, with a truck and a high lift. For heavier modules, Schenker or another carrier will come out. This can be helpful for faulty main motors and motors with higher performance.

b.) urgent repair: in case of emergency, please call, I will send an urgent courier to you or I will go myself (for Hungary and the region (<300km)). Your device will be at the repair center in 1-2 days and the repair will begin immediately, it will be ready within 1 week (if it can be repaired), if it cannot be repaired, we will look at a stock or replacement, follow-up, or substitute module. In this case, the delivery time is: 1 - 2 weeks. (if you have to wait for the part to be repaired, because it has to be manufactured or comes from the other side of the world, the delivery time may be longer than this).

2-year warranty on the complete renovation, in most cases.

Repair services for servo motors:
a.) In most cases, we can provide a fixed price repair quote for servo motors, such as this 1FK Siemens servo. We know the component prices, repair time, and labor costs. We currently repair servo motors with a standard delivery time of 5-10 days (!).

There is no need for an urgent option here, because this is the urgent option itself. You get a 1 year warranty on engine repairs, in some cases 2 years.
Repairs are subject to a success fee. If a bike proves to be beyond repair, you don't pay, there's no reason to. If the latter happens, we'll start looking for your bike immediately, although I usually send the sales offer as a B-option after sending the repair offer. If anything happens, you can act immediately.

We repair most Siemens servo motors from the 1FT5, 1FT6, 1FK7, 1HU series, we also repair Krones ISD401 motor-drive combos, Panasonic, Sigma II Omron ( SGMAH-x, SGMPH-x, SGMGH-x, SGMSH-x, SGMUH-x, SGMBH-x) and Mitsubishi motors. Also spindle motors.

We also clean, replace bearings, wind, balance the rotor on the servo motors, repaint if necessary, and then test the motor.

Repair services for spindles:
We are starting this repair service now, this year.

a.) We will offer a replacement first. 2000-2500 spindles are available from stock, with a delivery time of 1-4 days. Franz Kessler (which is in your DMU65 milling machine), other brands of spindles.
You can get your spindle, which often costs 25-50 thousand EUR new, in a trade-in purchase for between 10-17 thousand EUR, with a 1-year warranty, within 1-4 days.
However, this is a fairly quick and economical solution.

b.) if we do not have your spindle in stock, we offer a repair service, with standard delivery in 2-3 weeks, and a 1-year warranty.

Performing on-site maintenance work
We have been operating this service for six months now, and there is a huge demand for it in Hungary and the region! We can perform electrical troubleshooting, module replacement and installation, on-site maintenance work, machine tool accuracy measurements, troubleshooting, settings, parameterization, backups, dismantling old machines, and locksmith work.

Luckily, I know 3-4 professionals in the country who get in a car and go to the region in the shortest possible time, even 400-500km away, successfully complete the job and return home. They have been doing this for 30-40 years.

On-site maintenance work requires a daily fee, outing costs + hourly overhead costs. I will upload a more detailed sheet here soon.
In terms of costs, this means that a 3-4 hour job, which requires a total driving distance of 300 km, will cost a net price of 150,000 - 250,000 HUF, excluding material costs.
This is actually considered an urgent service because I can definitely send out a maintenance technician within 1-2 days.

So far, we have visited a biogas plant, where we removed and repaired an HMI, which helped the plant restart safely. We performed troubleshooting on a Fagor machine tool and examined the electronics and motors of a shrink wrapping machine to ensure successful operation again. At a foil manufacturing company, we performed on-site troubleshooting on an industrial computer, then transported the IPC module for repair.
