Notice for the summer holidays/the annual summer maintenance period
Announcement about summer delivery times (clarification on July 2, 2024):
A clarification is needed because our standard (non-surcharge) repair delivery times are much better than what I described 2 days ago. So:
- repair time for the entire equipment: 10 days + delivery time,
- plc, hmi, special devices repair time: 10 days + delivery time,
- repair time for electric motors, servo motors: 15 days + delivery time,
- control cards, motherboards, i/o cards: 6 weeks + shipping time.
For repair services, only the delivery time for standard repairs of cards and motherboards has increased to 6 weeks, during the holidays, until the end of the summer. Urgent repairs are always available for these devices, which only have a one-time, 200EUR emergency cost, which is more than acceptable. We will start this immediately, here the delivery time is realized within 1 week.
The good news is that even during the annual summer maintenance shutdowns that are just beginning, we are continuously available, working, and visiting our customers. If you need on-site professional work, troubleshooting, or maintenance, there are several such specialists available. These professionals leave at dawn, go to even the most remote customers without any problems, and solve the cases.
Other: Our first on-site maintenance and troubleshooting case is currently underway: after on-site troubleshooting, component measurement, and inspection, we are repairing the electronics of a pallet wrapping machine. Our client insisted on this device, he knows much more than the average wrapper.
