For sale is a used CTX400 S2 (Series 2), Gildemeister, CNC lathe. In its current state, repairs and fine-tuning are required on the lathe, I will give details about the error phenomenon below.

The hydraulics are not the original, but have Jankovits hydraulics (Jankovits Engineering Kft.), this is a separate hydraulic unit. My client increased the pressure to 40 bar and the chuck did not clamp the piece. It tightens to some extent, the chuck works, but it doesn't deliver the torque that it displays in the bar at the back.
The chuck will have to be removed from the machine. A small bump was measured on the chuck 1 month ago, there was a 0.05 bump in the chuck itself. It might just be in the chuck, you have to measure it. It must be measured on the main spindle.
So far, the machine has been used for roughing.
A cover plate is missing under the revolver head, an accordion plate. This will have to be replaced.
