Repair and sales results:
We handled a burnt-out module in urgent repair, for which we also had to perform a parameter backup.
We initially thought it would be password protected, but in the end we were able to perform the backup anyway.
The device went back into production.

Important:
It is recommended to measure the motor and cables before reinstalling the repaired module. This is important to prevent a situation where a short-circuited cable or motor would destroy the reinstalled drive again. (Iesales can also send out a specialist.)
