We have already repaired 2-3 of these IROs, at a fixed price, with a 1-year warranty and successfully! So we have experience. Only 1 warranty slipped through, and it was flawless after the second repair. There are much smaller versions of these dispensers, the smaller they are, the more difficult they are to repair, so please do not count on a reduction in the repair price.
