09.10.2024 current information - update: Pacific Scientific was bought a few years ago by Kollmorgen, who still provides some support, but you should buy a spare of these motors for your adhesive tape production lines, because it is believed that Kollmorgen's support will not last long.
Then only the repair option or reconstruction remains.
Faulty stepper motors can be repaired with reasonable success (50-70%), so you can also send them to us for repair. It's good to know that the repair price will be close to the sale price, this is often the case for items under 1000EUR.

a.) selling price for a new module: 950 EUR ( 374,502 HUF) New device. 1 year warranty, can be delivered from warehouse, 2-5 working days to the territory of Hungary, with 2-5 days of arrival (to Europe), UAE (10 days), USA (12 days).

b.) repair price: EUR (HUF), 2 weeks delivery time, 1 year warranty. Please send your defective stepper motor to us for repair, they can be repaired with a good error rate, it's worth giving them a chance. If your motorcycle cannot be repaired, you will not pay, only the shipping costs.

c.) Test price: EUR (HUF) The test prices are invoiced only if the repair does not need to be performed or you do not order it. Otherwise, they will be included in the repair price.
