2024.10.09. current information - update: Pacific Scientific was bought by Kollmorgen a few years ago, who still provides some support, but it is worth buying a spare of these motors for your adhesive tape production lines, because Kollmorgen's support is unlikely to last long.
Then the only option left is repair or reconstruction.
Defective stepper motors can be repaired with a reasonable success rate (50-70%), so you can send them to us for repair. It's good to know that the repair price will be close to the selling price, which is often the case for items under 1000EUR.

b.) repair price: 700-1000EUR (HUF), 2 weeks delivery time, 2 years warranty. Please send us your faulty stepper motor for repair, they can be repaired with a good percentage of defects, it is worth giving them a chance. If your motor is beyond repair, you will not pay, you will only have to pay shipping costs. 50-60% of these motors can be repaired.
