Repair results:
The Start button on the ipc software's touch panel was damaged by hardware, making it quite difficult to use. We performed diagnostics, repaired the hardware damage, and cleaned the panel. The touch is always damaged where it is pressed the most: Start button, Enter, etc.
The device is back in operation and production. There are some touch panels that are better to operate with a stylus.
